When will I be billed for my membership?

We bill your credit card automatically every month starting the day you sign up.

What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?

Stop by our wash to update the license plate we have in our system.

Can I use my VIP Wash Club membership on more than one vehicle?

Yes! You can add an additional vehicle to your monthly plan for only an additional $1/month

How do I cancel my membership?

We would hate to see anyone leave, but we understand the need to cancel or change monthly passes. Just stop by the wash and we will adjust your account to suit your needs or contact us at (270) 247-9999 for more information.

What happens when I cancel my VIP Wash Club membership?

You will no longer be charged per month but can always reinstate your VIP Wash Club membership whenever you would like.
